The second volume of African Theology continues the study on several authors, pioneers of African theology. It completes the first volume, since it treats not only the problem of contextualization based on a sole African tradition but also presents authors who have addressed the question of liberation of Africa, both in the socio-economic and political contexts, without neglecting the fundamental concern of the inculturation of the gospel message.
