This is a collection of speeches prepared for various occasions. It is initiated to help youngsters aspiring to become leaders. Leadership is intrinsically linked together with the capacity for public speaking. A person who does not have the charism for public speaking will make a poor leader. But in most cases these skills are not inborn. They need to be cultivated and developed through painstaking practice. It is this consideration that prompted the author to prepare this little book
